WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A SHRUG AND A JACKET?
If you're not sure how to differentiate between jackets and plus size shrugs, we can help. Jackets and shrugs are both considered outerwear and layering pieces, but a shrug typically has rounded edges, shorter length, and-or a cardigan-like appearance.
